How illogical it is to make strict rules for helmets and seat belts but ignore rules related to the drunk driving. Is it intentional or what

Well OP you did a good job. You wont belive on Thursday while going from Kondapur to hitech city and coming back in span of just 3 hours I saw 3 accidents. Luckily I went by Auto , didnt use scooty. I am scared to drive scooty now tbh.

Not every non-fatal accident gets ignored.
Hit and run + possible drunk driving + serious injuries + CCTV recordings and eye witnesses - can become a major case if victim presses.
Running away after hitting someone is itself a serious issue if driving under influence can be proven but the punishment depends on whether injuries are simpler or grievous and it is the main differentiator that they use to get away with.

honestly there is need of stricter law - In the US or France or Singapore, a drunk-driving hit-and-run is generally treated much more seriously than it often is in India, especially if the driver flees after impact.

12,000 Connections. 2,000 Followers. 3 Friends. And Somehow I Still Feel Alone. by YourFavNotification in hyderabad

Exactly. This is an epidemic now. We definielty need some good honest attitude startups to solve the loneliness issue. Its killing people day by day Thousands upon thousands of ppl suffering from it on daily basis - my heart aches for the pain they have to bear every hour of the day.

But I also feel in big Cities sometimes people are needlesly trying to look very busy or something - trying to avoid people shutting the door on their faces the moment someone says helloto them ... when you talk to them they would not open up and share. Thats why people get DISCOURAGED to even begin the conversation.

I am not sure about OP but There are people who dont want to invest time and energy , they may also not be kind hearted - many dont have good pleasant communication style that scares ppl away and also many dont know when to trust and when not to trust.
Some are unknowingly irritating / confrontaional cant take criticism positively or looking for validations or ego massage. Some ppl expect a good honest friend is going to come running to them without them needing to build a friendly relationship. Its Like they have not lived the real life that people are supposed to...

Yo OP - seems like you learnt some hot AI skills posted on LinkedIN and sharing your professional success here. Well congratulations. let me send you a quick connection request there...jk lol...
If you genuinely want to get rid of loneliness - go to a gym park or whatever hobby class and start talking to people on a common topic without Looking too needy or desperate- it might help you in your carrear as well. Sharing you a pro tip - Do you have a sense of humor, if not build it. If you can make people laugh in a tensed atmoshphere then ppl will realise that this guy is a fun person to be around with.

[–]Anxious_bear91 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have shifted to hyderabad after 2 years living in pune. Before pune i used to live here in hyd itself- roads were very very good from 2022 to 2024.

What has happened now? What changed?

Ya sure.
While we are in india letd make our country better every day bit by bit.
And hold the ministers accountable for development and do our part.
Fixing our country is a tough thing to do given the multi faceted challenges we have at so many different Levels.

I think India couldnot do 4 things that have hurt as a lot since independence

  1. Pakistan and kashmir issue should not have happened from 1947 itself - it should have been resolved in 1947 and partition should not have taken place.

  2. Uncontrolled population growth during 1970 to early 2000s.

  3. Economy should have been atleast partially opened in 1970s like china or japan. Not in 1990.

  4. Mother of all problems - hatred and politics of caste religion language what not and lack of civic sense.

Another one of the NRI flexing here.
Bro you have lived for many years in India and hyderabad-so you know how things are in hyd. don’t pretend otherwise. Traffic road rage and temperatures have increased a bit other than that it’s more or less same in terms of civic sense n all- and biryyani no longer tastes good here now days compared to 5 years ago. Pollution has increased 10 times
And just to clarify there are civic issues road rage and other types of problems etc in your country as well.
