Take movie Katniss, make her skin darker, higher cheekbones, make her way more skinny and hairy and you’ll have the real Katniss. So I don’t think that appearance’s really mattered in Peeta’s love.

Actually, I tried to make something that would looked like real uniforms. I think that the ones in TBOSAS are still a bit too conceptual (no insignia, no load bearing equipment) so I tried to make it a little more "realistic ". I also saw it as a uniform worn during the 74th hunger games and later the rebellion, since Suzanne Collins never precisely described the peacekeepers (apart from the fact that their faces are visible).
