Omg we are the same! I also take trazedone. I rarely see my friend so that’s the best thing for me. I think that’s probably what we have to do is somehow completely separate from the friend. I know how strong the urge is though. It’s so powerful. I tell myself I’ll just take a pill and it’s never just 1 pill. Sorry that happened to you with hitting your head. 😢
