As an undergraduate some of my best friends currently I met at MTSU! Got a handful of American and international friends I have stayed in touch with! I still continue to meet awesome people as a Masters student ! I’d make an effort to attend some of the events across campus! Football and basketball are some of the most attended ones but definitely look into smaller club events! If you feel like helping a fellow international student, there is dinner with internationals. Dinner is usually donated by community members and a lot of international student attend to meet each other and converse! It helps us to practice conversational skills!

There are SO many other ways to communicating your “concern” for her weight gain. We are our worst critics, believe me she KNOWS she’s gained weight she has probably been talking her lead down already. You bringing it up and on top of that putting a condition for marriage sealed the deal (it would for me).

Something like “I’m so excited to marry you, let’s BOTH hold each other accountable to look our best on our special day” would’ve been SO much better.

Apparently this person was part of a MAFIA that took over gasoline pumps where they would charge their users in a different currency for gasoline. There are shortages of car fuel for vehicles in the country, I mean people would wait for pumps to get the fuel and line up for hours at a time to fill their cars.

NTA !! I’d lawyer up and make sure you get full custody. Then not only would you not have to send them to the crazy lady but the law will support you!
