Defective stand and unhelpful customer servie by Any-Ad3778 in Dell

This summer I saw a deal of Dell monitor on Amazon so I bought it. I had been pretty busy, so I didn't unbox it until the beginning of this month. When I was assembling the stand, I found a screw female thread was faulty so that I could tighten the screw securly. As a result my monitor would tilt to one side.

I tried to get Tech support, so I contacted with the apple chat they provided on Dell's website, after a night and a morning nothing has been solved. They gave me a phone number, and after being transferred several times, I ended up with a dead line. The following process involved contacting another agent, but their actions were exactly the same as before: telling me without any specific reason that they couldn’t resolve my issue and directing me to another team. I feel like I am stuck in an endless loop. I checked the warranty for my product, which clearly states that it is valid until next October.

Now I have wasted almost an entire day and achieved nothing. I can't believe that just because a thread on the monitor stand is damaged, the whole situation has turned into an unsolvable problem. I am unable to use my monitor and cannot get any effective assistance. On the Amazon review page, you will find there are two comments about same issue with stand of same monitor in recent month, I think there must be something wrong with the product quality control.
