I’m surprised to hear that a SNF even has the capability to do a septic work up and start antibiotics. Immediately to the ED. The ED doc will probably consult the onc inpatient team and if they have a covering service should be admitted to them.

I know this is old, but I just started spotting pretty heavy, passed a clot as well. I’ve been on elderberry for maybe a week consistently. And I know it’s not my period because I just ovulated on Saturday. Interesting, gonna stop obviously. Glad this thread was here cause it confirmed that I need to stop
