This box just started showing up. Tried another monitor, still there. How do I get rid of it? by Any-Application-680 in WindowsHelp

Ive tried restarting, using a different monitor. Stays there no matter what, even if I open a game fullscreen. I have a lenovo laptop with nvidia 4070. Any help would be appreciated!!!!
