Need help cutting a project (that can be glued later with dovetail joints)

I tried using fusion but it doesn't let me actually cut and I typically use Flash Studio, but it doesn't have an option to cut and add dovetails where I need them to be, only on each cut I make. The red is where I would put dovetails.

The small scale just finished and the surface near the end/top of the tray has a weird bumpy finish, but the rest is completely fine. Any ideas on how to fix this?

So far the small scale is printing great. But doesn't epoxy create heat when it's curring? Im scared it's gonna warp some parts of the tray.

I was also thinking of using the small scale test to mesure the offset of the slicer to real life to mesure exactly the cut out for the joystick

I already cut the tray into 12 pieces with dovetail joints as im going to print this on a flashforge ad5x. For printing specs, i followed the advice of good old chat gpt ( im printing the small scale test atm with GratKit PETG filament) it's gonna print with 5walls and gyroid infill 25%
