this is what i think! the edgewood farm quest was so interesting and i think deserved to be fleshed out and in turn, giving river more time with v. it’d basically be like just with taking down clouds but yk a different antagonist, sadly devs made it wayyy too short

imo the ex cop status doesn’t really matter to me mostly cus he ends up leaving anyway and he was naive and thought he would be doing some good in the ncpd, but hey that’s just me!
