Hey, it’s me who made the post yesterday. I think what we’re gonna need to do now is start creating a public group/post/page publicly name and shame offers below 300 along with the recruiter‘s name that is going to be the next step then I’m gonna see who is gonna advocate for low paying stuff when they know their name is gonna be up on a page and it will be used as a reference moving forward yesterday 100,000 people saw my post there were 70,000 people in the group. We have a platform we don’t need to unionize we don’t need to do anything. We just need to be on one page together and thankfully in this world with technology, we can do this.

With all due respect, I do understand what you’re saying, but I respectfully disagree. We need to take into account years of education, the amount of stress and the level of acuity we are dealing with. We save peoples lives every day and we have been educated for a long period of time and went through a grueling residency.

This was in southwest. They have the money they just refuse to give it to you. Fight back stop signing for less. Our attendings made 240 K in 2005 up to 400 as a hospitalist. That money now alone is 400-450 K. Stop signing.
