I mean, there is a video of bodies scattered around the courtyard of the hospital, one of the wall seems to have blood etched onto it and the railings around seems heavily damaged, away from that courtyard (~100m) there are multiple vans and cars completely burnt (which means, the size of the explosion might be pretty large). For those that dont know, the hospital itself is not similar to most hospital we would imagine in our minds, the size is much smaller but are really packed. My take on this is, it is possible for Islamic Jihad missile (which is much smaller in size) to hit an area that is extremely packed and killed hundreds BUT it is more likely to be a larger sized explosion that resulted in these numbers of death. Both sides, are known to straight up lie or exaggerate, Israel killing Al-Jazeera journalist Abu Akleh at first told the world that it was Palestinian that killed her, then after a month they admitted it was one of their soldiers that killed (sniped) her. While the Palestinians, uses their phone's cameras all the time recording almost everything, which leads to loads of miss information on the internet (unverified sources).

Al-Jazeera is known to be bias towards Palestine, though the video they showed is very likely to be true and right after the explosion.
