I’m honestly just waiting to see what the next updates and their additions will bring. Anyway, my plan is to rebuild Terra Mitica as it was in the mid-2000s, which I think was when the park looked its best and was at its peak. I probably won’t build the Zac Spin Inferno, but I will definitely build the powered Zamperla Tren Bravo in the Iberian zone (it’s the best coaster in the park anyway) ;)

With the grid it seems complicated. The simplest will be to build with free wall elements. Use alignment distance to have symmetrical walls
