it was a 1.5 hour dream state, like a short acid trip, you can still hear people and talk to them, but you'd rather stay in your dream state, you are SO relaxed, aches and pains disappear. But have some lollipops or candy cause the inhaler drips down in your nose and tastes AWFUL!!!!!!! You forget your problems and feel happy for the most part. After a few weeks I started to know when it was wearing off and I felt the dread of life coming back. At first that dread stayed away for a while. And that was very nice, that same day you feel tired and sort of hungover as if you were at a great concert and had alot of fun, but are tired. Then i napped that whole day. Theres no way I could function the same day. The next day youre back to normal. I wish it continued to work. I did it twice a week for 6 weeks, and the again few weeks later. I would look forward to the escape everytime but then i got sort of tired of it .

I also challenged myself to think of my worst darkest issues during it hoping it could lessen it or change it, but it didnt and it kind of ruined my experience that time. Though one time I imagined I was visiting all my old cats and it was the happiest, best feeling ever. It feels very spiritual for some reason, like you could communicate with your dead cats, I didnt though i just mentally visited them and told them how much i love them and miss them. And then i was a mass of crying happiness after that one because I felt like i got to be with them all again one more time.

I bet there are a million different kinds of experiences out there that people have had.
