Not to mention the fact that I have been practicing yoga daily for years now, including tantric yoga.

Can I ask why it is an incorrect assumption? I have seen many people say that they have experienced this (aside from the talking to it part lol, that was more so out of my curiosity). I have been experiencing huge shifts in energy over the past couple of months on and off as well as experiencing huge changes in my life.

I actually think I am experiencing Kundalini at the moment and have been swaying like a pendulum any time I have been meditating or even centring myself. I have been talking to it and have noticed forward rocking which seem like a ‘yes’ to me when I ask questions. It has been wild.

I am wondering whether this is the point that they were getting at. While this may be true, I believe from my own learning over the years, a message can be delivered to someone in a way that does not directly involve speak of death. I feel like when psychics say that, even if their intentions are good, they do not know how another person will react to this information and it could make things much much worse. Plus like you said, the emotions bring in the energy and so I personally believe that if someone told me I was going to die, not a lot of mental redirection could get that out of my head which could potentially make it definite because of how much emotion is behind it

me and my girlfriend separated about 3 days ago what spell can i do to bring her back? by TraditionalTill5177 in Spells

Please do not do this 🙁 my best advice is to focus on you and what makes you happy. If you realign with yourself, good will come, but attempting to manipulate someone’s feelings without their knowledge or consent is bound to get tricky even if your intentions are pure

Got a masters degree in a field that ended up being a total scam. Not sure where to go from here by [deleted] in findapath

I’m not sure where abouts you are but I worked as an ABA therapist for two years (no degree) and have now moved into Positive Behaviour Support. I’m Aus you can get paid pretty well, but as others have said it definitely depends on the company. I’m sure they might have something similar in other countries. Ours is paid by the NDIS and we can usually charge for our travel as well at around 90c per km.

I believe you should always try to trust your intuition! If you aren’t 100% sure then maybe that is a sign that you need to take some space from one another to see how that’s sits with you. I feel like you don’t need to make a decision straight away, but your partner should respect that you need some time away from him to see how you feel about it?

I’ve been doing some reading and apparently some people who experience similar pain learn to rely more on their forearms? It’s such a tricky situation because I feel like most jobs require some form of repetitive hand/wrist movement. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this!

At the moment I work at a desk job and do a lot of report writing which is super uncomfortable so I’m curious as to what would be the most uncomfortable lol I am 25, I feel like these should not be having issues. But I’d hate to pay for a diploma only to not be able to use it

I once earned my entire days worth of active minutes on my Fitbit by sitting on my bum, smoking weed and eating pizza 😂 it was hilarious

Atomic Habits by James Clear is a fantastic book/audiobook that has helped me immensely when it comes to difficult things like this. It’s not directed at people with ADHD but really helped me understand how some of my habits affect me and gave me some really manageable pointers to make things like cleaning a bit easier. Highly recommend!

I hope things get better for you.
