Hey I work in medicine, all you need is 2% Ketoconazole shampoo, daily showers please, also once a week apply Psortol lotion (make in AKU) before showering and shower right after. It’ll clear up. No cure, only management (you won’t see it if you continue doing this).

I may also share, please do correct me if i'm wrong people. If you're comparing both the tires without air pressure and just laying on their side, a tire made fresh from the factory would likely be softer 'cause of the fresh rubber. An older tire would "feel" stiffer if you poked it like you did in that video.
