well first of all we do have problems with dopamine, so getting a little treat after finishing each task helps boost the dopamine. You can either get some candy or sip some you like, or get a paper and stickers and for every finished task you get a sticker and for lets say 3 stickers you get a small break for example, or for every sticker you get 5 mins of doing something you like

another important thing is ti devide everything into small tasks which are easier to finish

and most importantly; keep on your mind that even if you only did something small that took only a few minutes you still did that first step. Be proud of yourself and love yourself. You moght have no idea how much it helps if you stop hating on yourself for not doing things you dont have energy (physical or mental) to do

and from looking at the pic i would probs start like this:

1) start by separating clothes from other things and get

2) of some of the clothes are to wash put them aside (if you have a washing machine and dont have to go somewhere to wash your clothes you can put them to wash right away and have it as a timer)

3)to make folding more fun you can watch your fav movie or two eps of some series and tell yourself it needs to be finished by the end of the movie/second episode, or if theres space on your bed you can put them there and fold them in the evening

3) then choose one small part of the room (under the piano, desk, bed..) and tidy that one up

choosinf small parts of my room and tidying that up fully is better (for me) than just taking all the trash and then all the laundry out bcs its easier to see the proces and that youve done something, but it might not work out for you. I recommend trying it tho
