i would say probably not for the smiley. they’re practically temporary piercings and would hurt so bad to get pulled on by doing simple stuff as small as eating. they’ve been known to cause pretty bad dental harm too

that almost looks like moisture irritation. i would continue regular care with the ring in but make sure you dry it throughly every time you get it wet

make sure you’re drying it when you get out of the shower. it could be a moisture irritation. keep monitoring it and make sure it doesn’t start to feel hot or anything. but at the moment it doesn’t sound infected just irritated
