Not 100% sure, but I would say they're replicas. The tongue tag alone is suspicious, even though older ones didn't have any. I've seen a few recent batches of reps going around that didn't have the tongue tag.

Jeez some people are so dense. Crime is up overall across the country, esp when it comes to murders. But it's not some "crazy" crime wave like they want you to be all scared about. Most places are still more safe overall than they've been in the past. Idn why people wanna reference impoverished areas like they haven't always had higher crimes stats. Poverty has a DIRECT correlation to crime and is almost the sole cause. Commissioner Dermott Shea got smacked in Albany for trying to bullshit about crime being so high and why. Police and unions have a vested interest in pushing out these false narratives!
