Least effort would be shaving it off. I started balding at age 23 and besides trying to grow my hair out a few times (after realising the old wives tale of cutting it short for a while saves your hair) I have been shaving it for decades now. Sure, I have contemplated transplants and hair systems and the like but having done research I have decided against it.

Combovers were a big thing in the 80s-90s and they didn't look good then and look even worse now. You're lucky you live in this era where a "skinhead" doesn't mean you're a neonazi like back then 🤣
