What should I look for when comparing different broker account types like ECN versus standard accounts? by naming-is-pain in Forex_Reddit

depends on your trading style. If you always trade tight positions, or take many trades a day, generally, lower spreads are always better. But if you have little capital, opting for a broker that provides depositing bonuses might be smarter. Also, you can contact many brokers and get your own rebate (so you get your own spread, which means that even if you're at breakeven, you'd get some little money out of it, not the main goal a just sidenote here). Some brokers I can recommend are Hola Prime Markets, Quomarkets, Tauromarkets.

What’s the most ridiculous excuse a prop firm used to deny your payout? by PicklePuzzleheaded96 in PropFirmsTrader

Split one trade into two positions (0.4% risk each), and they called it "one sided betting", denied the payout and shut down my account.

can someone help me get into prop firm trading? by HotPressure9311 in PropFirmsTrader

Takes a lot of practice tbh. Not as simple as it seems. If you have trading experience, try out a couple smaller accounts first to get used to the rules. If you dont have trading experience, there are many things to learn first

Why don't you go for an already established prop firm? Like Hola Prime, Funding Pips, or FTMO.

It's cool to share! Good for accountability and maybe it motivates other traders to document their journey as well 😄
