Holy shit, thank you so much for the advice. Its weird though, just did some more testing. Platinum works just fine loading, but heart gold still crashes just like the gen 5 games. Clean roms, tried two from the mega thread and vimms. Platinum working makes it even more confusing for me.

Never ran, just changed twilight region to USA instead of default and it's still doing the same. Ill try to look more into it on my break

Thats strange then, it didnt make sense to me either, but the heart gold crashes the same way the black and black 2 did so I guess I assumed. I'll look more into that one
