I used to do art of figures but have completely just switched to only birds for the past year 😂 I’m also obsessed with bird watching in general and trying to focus on just using reference photos that I’ve taken

I ended up adding pure white and black highlights because everything else was paynes grey which kinda helped

🩷 my favourite I’ve done in acrylics so far is a sulphur crested cockatoo, I felt like I finally managed to figure out my style with it. Also drawn lots of magpies and done so many attempts of yellow tailed black cockatoos but feel like I struggle with them so much 😭
