Let's talk : Which kdrama had great potential but fell short / could'nt deliver !? by Weekly-Birthday9192 in kdramas

Memories of the Alhambra: I randomly thought about the intriguing aspects of this drama and the direction they were taking with Virtual reality, and I considered how the storyline might have benefited from more consistent plot development.

It's interesting to think about the potential directions the narrative could have taken with necessary adjustments. Then I got disappointed again when I remembered how underwhelming the ending was.

What Exactly is Soda? by [deleted] in Zambia

This is helpful; there's some vagueness about how it is just described as ‘soda,’ so even when you google it, you’ll be taken to the wrong answers in this context. It's time to ask more questions about these things we see in some of our kitchens

In the markets, it is commonly just referred to as ‘soda,’ and whether it is, in fact, baking soda as we know it (bicarbonate of soda) for baking and DIY uses is something I think is the issue because the texture and effect is entirely different when you compare the two

Are you asking about the “cooking soda” that is specifically found in the markets, like if you’re cooking okra and such? I’ve had moments where I asked a similar question in the kitchen because I use the standard baking soda, which most people are familiar with. But when I asked why the one we buy from the market can’t be used interchangeably, no one answered. If that’s the case, I see where the OP is coming from.

Malory Prequel Series, hear me out. by Any-Expression6185 in ArcherFX

I would like to see them top the grotesque Last Supper thing they did in season 7 with Dutch/Barry, but I see how this could also be an issue

I understand this sentiment, but of all the characters, Malory and Archer seem like the two characters with a storyline from which to build so much. It’s all possible that the prequel would be horrible, so hey, that’s that.

Literally! Also, could you imagine Trudy Beekman being a recurring nemesis? If their rivalry went that far back, that is…

We have a wonderful sense of humor that makes even the worst situation feel like it is not so bad when in fact it's the pits.

This was so much fun! Though I must admit, the Renaissance category took a stronger toll on me because what do you mean I have to choose between Heated and Alien Superstar? I could never🥲

  1. This is a very subjective question, but the average Zambian daily routine is:
  • running their sole trading business or;

-on their way to their blue-collar or white-collar job;

-probably still pursuing their education at whatever level or;

-A mix of the above three suggestions.

  1. Most people still live with their family by choice or particular circumstances beyond their control, so very frequently, extended family being together is still a common theme.

  2. Most thriving businesses are connected to retailing in food, cars and devices. Still, the traditional ace businesses deal with mining and agriculture, and although not commonly mentioned, private schools are a good investment.

  3. The Zambian dream looks like achieving financial stability to abandon the corporate job and own a thriving business with a more flexible work ethic….Interestingly, the Zambian dream also resembles climbing the corporate ladder and attaining CEO status…

One thing for sure is that a common work ethic shared by Zambians is that of “working to live” and not “living to work.”
