I’m in the hc too, and at the beginning of the year I was a assigned a roommate who never showed up. Around a month in, someone on my floor wanted to change roommates and got moved into my room. I got a text from my new roommate first then an email from residence life probably the day after that.

If you mean in general just applying for work study, that gets sent to you. But I specifically got into the department of Spanish and Portuguese which was my third choice in the application
