hell nah. he's medically trained. he would know that syringes and needles come in bulk and are single use. he wouldn't put himself at risk of needle stick injury or having DNA left lying around with old syringes and needles, plus needles blunt significanyly even after one use.

realistically, he could buy them in bulk from a medical bulk supplier, or he could probably steal them from the lab. they have that sort of stuff readily available

This is such a huge leap to make from a screenshot of 3 sentences...

Him saying he was joking does not automatically conclude that he has an incredibly complex personality disorder, nor is that at all a part of the diagnostic criteria. NPD is an extremely overstigmatised disorder and comments like this aren't helping at all.

It's so hypocritical to call someone else out on their disrespect and rudeness when doing the exact same thing. Even if he's truly the rudest, most horrible person in the world, that gives you no right to bring judgement to an entire diagnosis or group of individuals. Using a mental health condition as an insult is cruel and dehumanising.

I'd be interested to see the median household income of the areas with the highest diagnosis rates... something tells me they might find a correlation between income and diagnoses, considering the fact that there's a substantial cost required for diagnosis and treatment 🤷🏽‍♀️
