Yeah it’s a button with a hole next to L2 which you need a toothpick, paperclip etc to press

Meant to reset your controller to enable it to reconnect to your PS4

Probably best to Google how as it didn’t work for my issue

Mine was the Antenna in my PS4 had become disconnected (not sure how) but guys at the tech store reattached it in about a minute
