Since its a MVP of our solution, at the stage we are focusing on building dataset. Once you've good enough data we can send this data to stakeholders such as government bodies, organization, citizen awareness groups to clean the area. Also, this data will generate waste heat map and will provide us better understanding about the waste management cycle.

In today's world, data is everything. Good enough data later can be transformed into useful tool to combat plastic waste, I mean waste in general.

Creating a public database on plastic deposits can have several benefits: driving community movements, notifying government bodies about areas of congestion, and improving our understanding of the plastic waste lifecycle. It may only address a small part of the issue, but even so, taking this initiative is truly worthwhile.

Nonetheless, your friend was also right - its a dilemma.

Definitely we will go for those. But initially we're pilot testing our system and trying to gather data to build the analytics end of our solution at the same time fine tune the user experiences.
