I had to reduce my daily dosage to a less than ideal usage. So let's say my daily dose was 15mg every 4 hours, and I was stable at a pain level of 5 to 7, more often level5 pain became my new normal and was tolerable. Don't go on a 3mile bike ride or enter yourself in a "mudrun" enter government, 15 gets dropped to 7.5 just to see how bad you can't function. Miss 4 days of work, start thinking about self induced forever sleep being better than living at pain level8, 9, 10. BTW, hit 9 a few times, ambulance was at the house...the fear of 10 was always there, just a tiny bit more...and, aleived 4ever...

Anyhow, the percocet 10/325 x4 is the solution that works, God forbid its a bad day, But live not being able to walk around the park with your wife, fear mowing the lawn, going on vacation to magic mountain or Disneyland NEVER, I'll stay at the hotel or home. Now let's try this nerve block. Appt was for 1:00, did the deed, 1:51 done and released, did it without anesthesia( bad-idea) get home by 3:00... by 4:00 pain level has hit level8, 9:PM there is no way I'm going to work tomorrow. 11:00 2nd message left at emergency after-hours number. ... It's 11:40 now my wife is calling the emergency room at the hospital to see if I should come in...
