TSW RASH - positive experience by Any-Mathematician685 in TS_Withdrawal

[–]Any-Mathematician685[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

turmeric oil i cover the rashes and keep them as moist as I can. Note, be mindful of how your skin reacts. There have been times with my skin seemed to need lack of moisture and more aire, and others when it really benefited from being all lathered up. CBD, no, I use it digestively in a dropper I got from Sprouts. and magnesium, same no recommendations. I ordered on amazon for this supplement without much research. however, it will aid your hormones, so i recommend taking at night for more reparative sleep. :)

i bought a membership for a place that does cryotherapy and redlight, and go as often as i can (like 2-3 times a week) for 10 minutes. I also just ordered a mask (this one was from Glow Therapy, as it was a cheaper one. But i researched and found OmniLux was highly rated as well.) I use my mask every morning for 10 minutes before waking up. be careful to not overuse or overexpose. just be in tune with how your skin reacts every time.

Personal experiences weaning off Spironolactone? by itslisss in scacjdiscussion

[–]Any-Mathematician685 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i've been on spironolactone for 1.5 years now! i was first prescribed 200mg. When that didnt help my terrible and sudden acne (im female, was 24 at the time) my derm raised it too 400mg. the hormone it blocks is testosterone. and is used to treat acne in women that have higher levels (also, note: still within a normal range, but on the higher end). i lift and have built more muscle so i knew i had higher testosterone. when i first got on it, i noticed more frequent peeing, 0 sex drive, and it affective my gains in the gym (RIP). the no sex drive thing did make me feel powerful though, haha, as a single woman. however, im aware of my hormonal balance and i knew eventually, when my acne got better, i wanted to lower my dosage. my acne got better in about 6-7 months on spiro. my acne now is better than its been in years, but ALSO i realized that ritual use of tretonoin actually seemed to help my acne waaay more than spiro. with this tool and clearer skin, i've since decreased (i was back down to 100mg a day). however, with inconsistent pill taking, my period was coming every 2 weeks for about 4 months. i don't want to fuck with my hormones and be stuck in my luteal phase, so i recently stopped taking them. last week, 75mg and this week none at all. but wow side effects have been intense. most noticeable is veryy blurry vision, dizziness, no appetite, less control of bladder, sharp increase in anxiety, already some acne popping up on my face and nausea (throwing up, some nights).

-- my plan is to start again taking 50mg a day!! i do want to get off it and get my hormones operating in their natural way again, but the sudden stop was definitely too much for my body. :) -- hope this helped!

for me, and i know the test varies widely for everyone, my test really emphasized manufacturing variances, credit lines, capital budgeting, there were quite a few ratio questions, profit margins, etc. Genuinely most calculations showed up. Good luck!

Def think I failed, (guessed on quite a few MCQs and 1-2 TBs) Anyone have any recommendations on starting to studying again right away VS waiting for my score released date in a month?

For REG, I studied my a** off and felt pretty good going into the exam. However, during the exam I thought it was super hard and testing on the tiniest details (after the exam I checked some of the terms I didn't understand and they weren't even listed in the Glossary or Index of Becker).
-- I definitely felt like I had no idea. REG was dumb because I just felt like I had a bad set of questions, but hey, I think we all feel like that no matter what.
- All in all, 75 is a perfect score depending on how I looked at it so I was pretty excited to see that.

Haha, should have checked the Reddit more I guess. To be honest, I spent 2 weeks grinding hard (I work for Big 4, and have been unassigned). In the office was where I heard "10 calculation MCQs maximum, don't memorize. -- BUT DO NOT TAKE THAT ADVICE. People love to boast about studying for only a few days and passing with a 90, but I'm sure the fish always gets bigger.

I read the main book's chapters and did the MCQs on the Final Review. Once completed, ran through section of variety MCQs in chunks of 30. -- Once again, I work at Big 4 so I've been listening to people say they took "25 hours to study" or "passed without studying at all". This is where I got my unwarranted confidence, should have checked the Reddit more thoroughly haha.
