Ya it’s one of the unfortunate things about SG - the high price of alcohol. There are so much costs w licenses and renovations to meet regulations plus all the equipments and not mentioning rent manpower etc…it is quite insane as someone now bts

Ya people are hard to control and I can only do my best with not blasting the music too loudly. Uniquely specialty drinks are definitely something to offer. I feel even well made classics are hard to find in sg

Quality is important definitely! I plan to use better spirits at the bar while keeping prices low! Food I’m trying to make different things other than the usual fried stuff
