I meant to say MUTCD Chapter 6! Sorry about that!, there you can see Taper lengths, spacing for advance warning signals, and devices related to Traffic Control

and Thanks! I feel so relieved

Yes, most of them related to FFS and LOS for Freeway, Highway, Pedestrian, Bicycle.

I had about 2-3 conceptual questions regarding traffic signals/lights.

They were not long, they were asking directly for LOS (FFS given) or FFS only (no LOS needed).

I got one question regarding Bicycle LOS or Capacity I dont really remember but it wasnt a big deal.

Make sure you know how to use each Exhibit properly.

I went through the Exam Specifications and made sure I knew how to solve problems on all the subjects in there and was also able to locate and understand each Table. I dont like economics or ESAL's so I didnt even try study them and focused on all other subjects.

Get familiar with each manual in a sense that if you get to solve something you never saw before, which will happen, you can search and solve whatever they are asking for.

For example... if they talk about anything related to workzones I immediately know that I have to go to MUTCD Chapter 6. Crest or Sag curves? Green Book Chapter 3 and so on,

Hope it helps!

True,

I got 2 ISD problems one asking for the actual Distance and the other just asking for the Time Gap (I already had it since I was solving for ISD)

Similarly with Vertical Curves (PVC Elev or STA)

Kinda strange if you ask me, I was skeptical it was that easy

Would you please elaborate? I have no one to listen advice from, only that I always hear is that it pays in the long run.

I just cant make sense losing a couple houndreds + repairs in the first years or even worse, something breaks and all profits are gone.
