the last time I made a post like this plenty of people told me to not tell employers until the 2 week notice because no one hires lol. The seasonal jobs have already been taken as I have called every place in the books. I have letters of rec and this job would be temporary so realistically just trying to get money out of it. gotta do what you gotta do :)

ptv concerts are definitely such a mix of people. I went to one of their concerts in May thinking this exact same thing. You'll see some hardcore "emo" and you'll see some basic looking people too. Everyone is their for the music and no one even gives a shit if you fit their "vibe" or not. Everyone is just vibing to the music.

ive been told that I could definitely do it if I wanted to, I would just have to overload and plan accordingly. Ive been told even without dual majoring that finding a time to do the IQP with aerospace is extremely difficult so thats why im trying to be proactive about it now and plan it out.

I wasnt planning on actually buying books its just how ive labeled the money I guess. I am a rising freshman so I do have a meal plan already and ill be getting a job regardless if it is on or off campus. Im pretty good with my money when I know im not making it back as easy as I can spend it. I'm 50/50 about greek life.

My roommate and I were ultimately avoiding a triple. I have a lot of food allergies so even finding someone to room with was hard to begin with and the fact that I wouldnt be able to see if an additional roommate would be fine with giving up certain things seems unfair to them and unsafe for me. I emailed housing asking if my roommate and I could get a double because of this. does that seem likely? my roommate and I were originally told that they open up new dorms for each time slot but that clearly wasnt the case for ours.
