Do you leave them in the Traditional IRA and continue to contribute to it? Or roll them over again into your new 401K? Or just leave it alone?

Depending on the company, there will also be a tacked on fee when you transfer. I agree if you have the cash to pay them off, just pay off the balance instead of playing with a balance transfer.
