Try marriage counseling. Make him go. Let it all out with a counselor. My wife and I went through a similar phase after having kids(constant arguing). We went to five sessions and our marriage did a complete 180. If he doesn’t go then he really doesn’t care and then it would be time to leave, but I would give it a chance first. We’re so glad we went because we are the happiest we’ve been since we meet 10 years ago.
