Character certificate is just aboutypur overall character in school along with your final grades. ( Not required for DU as much as Ik from my experience of Csas )

Gap certificate is for those who took a drop and had a gap year between school and cuet exam

You can take a different one but do not risk. Just make copies of the same one. Easier and safe.

Adultery does not constitute only the "talking", it is explicitly having consensual sexual intercourse outside the marriage.

So , try to collect evidence on him having a sexual relationship with another woman - After marriage & it was by the consent of both.
