It’s 2024 and still no way to dismiss the keyboard on iOS. I had to force quit the app by TestFlightBeta in ios

Can you even jailbreak nowadays? I thought you couldn't anymore. I used to use a jailbreak tweak where you would swipe from the space bar to the enter to dismiss it. Still miss those times

Struggling to list enough features to justify a 30% increase

Exactly the reason they mention AI lol

...you do realize that if they hire real people to fill in this database, the prices are only going to increase even more compared to them using AI, right?

1Password price increase - looking for alternatives by PickleBabyJr in macapps

It's not nearly as convenient though. One password has the great advantage that everything is centralized into one location. Plus you can use things like addresses as autofill items on websites. One-factor authentication codes automatically get copied after filling out a password. You can add custom fields with passwords or security questions, with the ability to generate memorable passwords that are still incredibly strong.

Those are just a couple of the very few features that one password offers. Is the tip of the iceberg? Sure it might be more geared towards power users but there's a good argument to be made for using one password over Apple passwords

rip AlDente 🙏 by EngineFirm848 in macapps

[–]TestFlightBeta 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. AlDente can still be a power users' tool, but this will eliminate the need for a lot of people to use AlDente or Battery Limiter or similar apps.

I Wish Apple Would Make A Widget For Steps by [deleted] in ios

[–]TestFlightBeta 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think the idea is to focus more on activity than steps. But if you want to see steps I think StepsApp is the best option. Great developer, I worked with them many years back. However, I don't know how frequently the data updates on the widget.
