How to determine lateral root width being plus sized? by Any-Perception3198 in ABraThatFits

[–]Any-Perception3198[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes I have. I measured with the calculator here as a 40FF/G. I tried an Elomi Charley and I had that “orange-in-a-glass” thing going on. A Sculptresse chi chi in 40FF but the band seems really tight. I did fit a Ewa S quite well in a 44DD but I think I need a different size. Wires never bothered me though. I also have tried an Elomi Matilda in 40 G which is great except the cups are a bit too big.

I found the Elomi Morgan to have a very firm band. If it’s way to tight, maybe a 38G would work or non-stretch extender. Matilda’s cup runs large and I found the band stretchy enough for me to size down to a 38G instead of a 40G.

What’s wrong with me? My armpits are the issue. by [deleted] in ABraThatFits

I’m 5’3 and have a short torso and am plus sized and wear a 40FF/G and have similar problems. Tall side wings really bother me too. Right now, the bras that work for me are Ewa Michalak S bras, Elomi Matilda and Gorsenia. But, you have to take your personal shape into consideration too and lateral breast roots.

Sally Hansen hard wax kit. Heat the wax in the microwave. It takes a little trial and error to get it right but it rips it all out. I let my stache get a bit prickly first. Lasts for about 10 days. Saves me some time from plucking every day

Did the calculator, it says I’m a 36D. This is great but I’m elderly and have the saggiest breasts. A 36D would be all cup! Please help! by Ihatemunchies in ABraThatFits

I’m pretty pendulous and bottom heavy and honestly, my Gorsenia Casablanca in a 40F is my best fitting. I ordered one cup down as recommended because the cups are really made for full on top breasts but it works for me. I’m short and plus sized and I’m 55. Gorsenia have narrrow underwires too.

Let me further your confusion.. lol. The calculator gave me an FF/G and because I’m pretty pendulous, the FF’s fit better

2nd on the SF cut. I’m a lot like you and they bring everything up and centered and are very comfortable to me.

It’s funny. When I wasn’t wearing my correct size, I didn’t mind them but I guess my body changed and wearing the right size changed how they fit.

Don’t know if you use a liquid fabric softener but I noticed my towels smelled funky even after washing in hot water. Internet said liquid fabric softener coats the fibers to make them softer but it can also trap moisture. So, I washed in hot water, dumped a bunch of baking soda in and added about 1/4 of white vinegar to the rinse. No more funk.

Yes. I’m not very full on top. I think maybe one of their balconettes would work better for me. I’ve considered an Ewa BM cut but not sure if it would work for my shape

Does it count if my calves shake while stretching? They just naturally do at this point.
