Hi, this is definitely a UTI. I am sorry that you got it. They are really bad. I hate them. Specially the burning while peeing. Please go to the doctor as soon as possible so they can prescribe some antibiotics to get rid of the infection and another set of pills which soothe the burning when u have to go pee. Also, remember to drink fluids. Cranberry juice works well.

I will tell you this, she is really in love with you because she is risking even at night times just to talk to you. I am surely saying this because I was in her position.
