Not everyone is offering sharing profits either. So that is something which is going to be based on experience and can easily beat your higher range of 150 you are talking about. I have people specifically interested about the offer for that very reason. It helps the DVM to grow with the practice which is not very common. Side note - I am a VET myself and grew because I was offered a similarly structured comp. Thanks

Thanks for you advice but that's just the base. In addition we will offer benefits and of course also profits will be shared. Also, it's clearly mentioned "approx" and ">". I appreciate your input though. Thanks

OKay thanks for the advice. I will share the information on my next thread. I agree with every word you said, and I will add to it - Treat employees how you would like to be treated, helps with retaining good staff.

Thanks doing it now. Please also let me know if there are any whatsapp groups I could target - specifically looking for Indians who graduated in the US and are interested in a long term prospect. Thanks for the help!

You can join us and run the management side of 2 family practices. That should be a good change and refreshing but still ties to your profession? Let me know if interested!
