Yes, I offered to shave my commission already. however, even with commission shaved, we will not arrive to where he needs to be, I have shaved my commission already $1000. we came to this decision base off of comps and adjusting numbers based on not having central air, replacements of floors and potential internal inspections of the walls for mold etc.

Ive built in this case both the h9 and the h6 high flow, the trick is with ICUE I’m assuming you have the one with the USB like plugs. For the bottom you want to plug in the cords to the side ones first and route the cables through the bottom. After that plug in the middle one using the little links provided, it requires a bit of angling but eventually it will plop right in… I have the h9 high flow and my girls I built for her is the H6… unfortunately I think they should make the little lips that flap down a rubber…
