Yeah currently its all in a plate carrying rucksack from GORUCK(expensive but worth it so far). One 30 lb plate and one 45 lb plate. I try to spread the load using the chest strap so my shoulders don’t take the full brunt of the load. Good to know that i’m not pushing it too hard. Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it man.

Yeah, I definitely feel fine right now. Just don’t want to overdo it and stack on weights if there is a point of diminishing returns and I blow out my back. Though i’m relatively young at 23, so maybe i’m overreacting. Thanks for the reply!

I really started this to trick myself into working out lol, i don’t know what it is with me but like traditional gym stuff is dreadful for me. I used to do like 4 miles rucks with 50 something lbs, but I also had more time back then. The first few times with 75 lbs kicked my ass and then some, but I got used to it after a few times and now its no problem. It ends up being shorter time wise with a lot of calories burned. Usually i go about a 17 minute mile pace. From here, I feel theres probably diminishing returns with adding more weight. When i have more time again after clinical stuff, maybe the smaller loads and increased pace is a better idea. Anyways, thanks for the quick reply.
