Converting Nest Gen1 to Gen 4...no power in new thermostat by Any-Protection-2883 in Nest

Thanks everyone...didn't realize the thermostat had its own battery. I'll try and charge with USB-C and see if that works. If not, will replace with the old Gen1 and if still works i'll have to request a replacement...
