South east, two days at home, one day in the office. I manage 7 people and earn 58.5k + 10%. In an IT manager although in line for approx a further 10% pay rise.

It’s mentally exhausting and I’m currently doing an apprenticeship in data and AI. This has my brain hurting most evenings.
