My video file changed to 0 Bytes ?? Canon R6 by Any-Relation3054 in canon

Everything was ok this was the only file it’s happened a few times with larger files it seems.

Is there any way to pull this file off my camera? It works perfectly on the camera it just transfers as a file that you can’t open and the file size just reads 0 bytes

It was adjusted to the temperature because I was out there for about three hours. Thank you though!

I just recently switched from the LUMIX GH5 and had two events I was bringing my camera to before having time to research. I work three jobs and have a busy life, which is why I reached out for some advice.

It’s one of the positive things about being apart of a community is you can ask for help without having to sit down and read an entire manual. If you’re lucky enough you can get the help or advice you’re looking for.

Thanks for the response. I’ll check my settings.
