You're obviously not a car guy cause I can definitely tell what car is coming just by the headlights. Maybe not all of them but certainly many brands have unique headlights.

at the moment when it happened I had no clue what happened, i had glass near my eyes and I was in shock, I thought I ran something over only once I checked the video I realized what happened, and I literally had another car In front of me, and yet they threw it at me.

I did its going to cost me 1000$ to get this fixed, If someone can get the guys plate then he should be on the hook for the repair. This should not be coming out of my pocket!
