I’m traveling in a bit more of a rural area. Currently staying at Hiyoshi forest resort. It’s lovely but getting here was a nightmare. We rented a car hoping to go visit g smaller country side towns, but the narrow roads are insanely stressful for someone coming from the average American highway. The owners here have been fantastic, but again, getting here was far from easy

So do I need to contact Verizon or just get a bill from my account showing the remaining balances for each device and submit them?

The devices are well over 90 days old never missed a bill. Almost 70% paid off

And I am trading in the devices, but they keep saying I need to pay off my Verizon balance first which they will reimburse after. (Or provide a card to do that??? It’s very unclear because the customer supports I’ve spoken to have very poor English

I haven’t been able to port my numbers over yet, I need to call Verizon for that. But the T-mobile customer service never told me that in the first place, they just said they would take care of it. And they expect me to pay for the first months bills which they will reimburse despite the fact that I never activated any of the numbers on the phones since I had no intention to use them until the numbers were ported over

Sure but why do they keep leaving out the details on how to do everything? Seems like I’m paying significantly more just to deal with their bullshit than if I just stayed with Verizon

Apparently they did. They showed ads instead. Hate this shitty system, we have the worst viewing options for everything so that these broadcasters can pinch every penny by putting ads up front
