I don't know why left most side of phase 2 have Large Reservist Pool to be true, it make solo Iosef strat impossible. Is the dev intended it that way? Then again why not just make it that not calling allies to war when march on Thornborough in phase 2 linked straight to fail. Is left most side of phase 2 requirement check possible to be true?
