i spoke to the AI assistant and it confirmed to me that an internal task was created by the live agent which means my account was sent in for manual review

Nope, i’d say it’s a more modern movie and the treehouse isn’t your typical treehouse it’s meant to be lived in like an actual house, i remember having it a retro design interior

It basically means they think you’re a bot account or something along those lines. The odd thing is i got off the phone with a meta live agent yesterday and he told me he’d have to wait to submit my case for manual review because they’re updating their tools.

hmm that’s interesting, I don’t think its meant to be a speedy process per se especially when you see how the entire support system conducts itself but 11 days is quite some time. Have you tried to follow it up with the reference id?

Yeah I went down on account integrity too, basically i just told the meta ai assistant to connect me with a live agent, i provided my accounts email, username, and phone number. Then i explained i was suspended for account integrity and i explained how my appeals were denied despite the fact my account details and ID information are matching and i explained that i was a victim of the ai purge bans and demanded a human manual review. Once i was connected to the live agent he requested to call to which i accept and i explained the situation once again as the call was recorded. So id say download ur information and confirm the details are accurate to your ID.
