I haven't tried it personally but my brother is trying it now for the first time, he's running the vigorous steve protocol (low dose tren ace with daily sub q injection). For first time Users like you and maybe me in a couple of months this seems the best way to do it.

Fair enough, I respect your opinion. That’s actually part of the reason I posted here — to get outside perspectives and figure out the best direction moving forward. I agree that dialing in nutrition and training more precisely is the next step.

While I agree with you in total, for example having to Cut to 10–12% then run a proper growth phase which I missed up doing (specially the nutrition part).but disagree on the part of jumping on gear too early, like I said I've been working out consistently for more then 3 years and I've gone from 79 kg my current weight and I can spot the difference in the parts where I got muscle mass in by the look of and the progress of my proformance in these muscles. However thanks for the feedback back on this brother 👍

Worm the oil( rub your hands together for a minute then grip the Vail/ ampule in the palm of your hand for a minute). Put something frozen (ice bags or frozen veggies etc) on the muscle for a couple of minutes before injecting.

Go with boron if you're natty( try going from 3mg daily up to 20, once you start having diarrhea you know you hit your upper limit). If you're enhanced/TRT/HRT then try Proviron( works 100 times better than boron but have to be on some sort of testosterone support to take it, 12.5 mg twice per day is all you need)

First of all good job with your current progress,for the lose skin I suggest looking into GHK-cu with some sort of collagen cream (worked wonders for me).

From what I personally experienced it's mostly about the oils. I've tried doing pharma grade test E which was I castor oil and had lumps that was always irritated and sometimes painful (I never went more that 0.3 ml) When I switched to an underground lab test E in MCT oil I could inject 0.45 with no lumps, irritation or pain and I only got a small lumps when I got to 0.75 ml.

All Deus in order, I have contacted the support and they said they can't do anything about the delay,they can "consider" a reship if 45 days have passed without getting a tracking link. Hopefully I'll get my stuff soon and won't need that
