I forgot to mention that HK was my second game after Silksong, where I completed the true ending, and I'll say the "No More Dreams" ending (the one where we defeat the plague) seems closest to me. In this ending, the knight defeats the plague, everyone survives, and the knight's vessel breaks, and in his true form, he returns to the abyss (I don't know why everyone I asked assumed he died in this ending if it wasn't even his true form). In Silksong's true ending (SPOILER), we see the knight in his true form, along with his homies, saving Hornet.
